Currency and payment methods
Our main currency is the Czech Crown (CZK). We offer euros (EUR) as a second currency. For the conversion rate between the Czech crown and the euro, we use the rate of our house bank. Since the rate offered by our bank is usually lower than the official exchange rate published by the Czech National Bank, we recommend that you make your purchase in our local currency, Czech Crown.
We accept payments by credit/debit card and bank transfers to our Czech bank account. Orders in Czech crowns can only be paid by card as payments in CZK from abroad are not covered by the SEPA regime and our bank charges 300 CZK per payment received. Orders in euros can be paid by both card and bank transfer. If you place your order in euros and select bank transfer, please pay in euros, not Czech crowns. For credit/debit card payments, we use a secure payment portal offered by our payment provider Evo Payments. Your card details are secure and processed directly by the bank. We do not have access to your card details and we do not store any of the card details.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, we will confirm the IBAN and BIC code in an email. Please include your order number so that we can match your payment to your order and ship it.
All orders must be paid in advance. We do not offer cash on delivery payment.
PayPal: Due to high transaction fees and local currency conversion costs, we do not accept payments via PayPal.
