Delivery
After you have placed your order, we will prepare and safely package your goods and hand the package over to our courier partner (for international deliveries it is DHL). If you would like to arrange a different courier or logistics company for the pick up or pick up your goods in person, please send us an email so we can make arrangements with you.
The shipping price is calculated per box. The shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and will be calculated at checkout. For safe shipping, the maximum pieces per box are:
48x 0.5l cans or
24x 0.5l glass bottles or
PET bottles equal to 30 kilos
Volume Discounts
We offer shipping costs reduction in form of volume discounts if your purchase contains the following. The reduction will automatically be calculated at checkout.
2 or more items from the category "24 packs" - 100 CZK or equivalent value in EUR (around 4 Euro depending on daily exchange rate)
48 or more items from the category "Single Cans" - 100 CZK or equivalent value in EUR (around 4 Euro depending on daily exchange rate)
48 or more items from the category "Craft Beers in Cans" - 100 CZK or equivalent value in EUR (around 4 Euro depending on daily exchange rate)
12 or more items from the category "Spirits" - 250 CZK or equivalent value in EUR (around 10 Euro depending on daily exchange rate)
Important information regarding order for unpasteurized beers from smaller breweries: We ship these orders only on Mondays. Orders for these beers must be placed by Thursday 12:00 the previous week. We get these beers from the breweries once per week on Fridays based on the orders we have received. Beers that fall under this category will have this information in their product description.
We work according to the Czech Republic's calendar. We are closed on Czech public holidays and selected non-official holidays and do not ship orders on the dates. They are as follows:

Please make sure that you familiarize yourself with the customs and excise duty policies and fees of the country that you would like your order to be transported to. Pivana.cz is not liable for any customs charges that may occur.
The maximum weight of one package is 30 kilograms. If your order weighs more than 30 kilograms, we will split the order into two packages. This will occur additional transport costs which will be calculated at check out.
Security of your packages is of high importance to us. We will make sure that your items are securely packaged using high quality packaging material. If you have received your order with a broken item / items, please contact us by email on: obchod@pivana.cz with photos of the damaged item. We will contact you with suggestions to resolve the issue, either by issuing a refund or offering a replacement. We normally respond to queries within 24 hours.
