A beer with a full malty taste, a fine harmonious bitterness and a strong bite. Ferdinand gluten-free beer is similar to the classic 12-degree Premium light lager. However, it can also be enjoyed by people with celiac disease.
Ferdinand Gluten-free pale lager has been tested by several accredited laboratories and belongs to the ELS licensing system, which is uniform in all European countries. According to the sample test reports, the gluten content is less than 10 mg/l, while the legislative limit is 20 mg/l. It contains less than 5 mg/l of wheat prolamin (gliadin).
The basis of the beer is Czech barley malt from brewery's own malt house. It is complemented by Magnum, Premiant and Žateck semi-early red hops
