Pivovar Luhačovice started off by brewing beer in home conditions with a pot and a wooden spoon and it continued through the desire to have their own microbrewery. Until August 2021, they were a so-called flying brewery. If you are not familiar with this term, it means that the brewery does not have its own facilities, but brews beer in other breweries. At the end of August 2021, the team moved into their new facility in Luhačovice where they brewed their first batch of beer. The main assortment of the Luhačovice brewery is, of course, pilsner-type beers, i.e. pale, bottom-fermented beers. The beer that are on offer permanently have been named after well-known Luhačovice names: Otto, Alojz, Vincent. In addition, the brewery supplements their offer of these traditional beers with other beer styles, especially stronger top-fermented beers such as APA (American Pale Ale), IPA (India Pale Ale, Ale, Sour Ale and other special beers.
