Driven by curiosity, they decided to develop a drink with a breakthrough taste compared to the original Jägermeister. This recipe has a higher proportion of natural ginger and galangal root, which give this liqueur an unusual sharpness. Real character - the new Jägermeister Scharf is created according to a recipe based on the 80-year-old original, but with an intense hint of "hot" ginger. Just like classic Jägermeister, Jägermeister Scharf is aged for 1 year in oak barrels.
The taste is very spicy and aromatic. It is full of herbal and floral notes with a hint of citrus and delicate sweet aromas.
