Sibeeria / Au Baron Lager de Garde 13° Pale Lager 500ml

Czech / French collaboration. A few months ago, the crew of the Sibeeria brewery visited their friends at the Au Baron brewery on the French-Belgian border and brewed together a beer inspired by Czech brewing. When they arrived in Prague to present it, they wanted to brew another lager inspired by their traditional Bière de Garde. The percentage of wheat in the bulk and Strisselspalt hops from France combined with simple infusion rumming gave birth to a lager that is quite different from what the Sibeeria brewery normally brews. A very light, delicate beer with floral notes and a fine foam. Next to the Saison Bohémienne beer they brewed together in France, it nicely demonstrates how two different beer worlds can be combined in different ways.
