This unpasteurized beer is characterized by a medium body, with a pleasantly mild bitterness and a medium sharpness. The taste is delicious and balanced. It is brewed from crystal water from the Kremešnice hills. You can find delicate Moravian malts in the aroma.
Please note that Policka beers usually do not come with a long shelf life. We usually get 4 - 6 weeks. This does not mean that the beer is old. They do not have longer shelf life.
