Radegast ROG IPA is a challenge for everyone who dares to take a step in a different beer direction! It is a top-fermented beer with a pleasant hop character supported by a strong hop aroma, which is obtained by cold hopping. American aromatic hops Citra, Sabro and Czech aromatic hop Kazbek were used for hopping, thanks to which citrus and grapefruit notes prevail in the aroma.
ROG IPA is brewed in the session IPA style, which is a lighter version of the classic IPA style. The beer is therefore pleasantly refreshing and drinkable, while retaining the rich, balanced hop flavor and citrus aroma of an IPA style beer.
The name of the beer is inspired by the Old Slavic expression for the Horn of Plenty, which is a symbol of fertility and well-being. That is why it became the inspiration for the name of the new beer ROG IPA, which is characterized by its rich taste, refreshing aroma and pronounced bitterness.
