Produced using original technology according to the recipes of brewer František Bittner. Water from the brewery's well, Žatec hops and the highest quality malt are used in production of Polička Záviš 12° Pale Lager. Maturation takes in lager cellars excavated in the marl massif. Their constant humidity and temperature guarantee the unchanging and individual character of traditional Polička beer.
Please note that Policka beers usually do not come with a long shelf life. We usually get 4 - 6 weeks. This does not mean that the beer is old. They do not have longer shelf life.
